FREE SHIPPING

► Free shipping is available on all our products. Please note free shipping is only applicable for the following countries and continents: Asia, Australia, Canada, Europe, South Africa and USA (excluding US territories and Alaska). For other countries and territories please confirm with us for extra shipping fees.

CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES & SURCHARGES

► International customers will be responsible for custom duties and taxes.  We have no control over these charges and they are not included in our product prices.  Generally, orders up to $300 or less do not incur any duties or taxes. If duties or taxes are applicable, the courier company will contact you. Please note that the customs invoice attached with your order  will be much lower than your online purchase invoice, as it will exclude the export duties and handling cost, etc.

DELIVERY & TIMES

► Your order will be sent via door to door courier service (e.g. Aramex, Skynet, DHL, UPS, etc), which will require a signature to receive the goods. Hence, please specify a delivery address where someone will be available during normal office hours to sign for the parcel. Shipments usually take 4 to 5 business days to arrive at their destination.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

► Orders may be placed online with debit card, credit card, through paypal or by wire transfer. Your privacy and security will be assured through paypal, which is the leading payment gateway.

Please note that our paypal business name is Agsln-ApS, as will be shown on the paypal payment page.

If you select wire transfer, the bank account details will be provided. Please note it can take 3 to 5 days to receive the wire transfer at our account.

CANCELLATIONS

► Once you order has been dispatched (i.e. picked up by the courier company), the order can no longer be cancelled.

PRODUCTS

► Please notice, that slight color discrepancies may occur between the actual product and your computer screen.

► For additional information regarding our products, please feel free to contact our sales coordinator to assist you with any questions you might have. 

RETURNS

► Notify us of any manufacturing defects, damages or wrong item(s) supplied, within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will issue a replacement to you at no extra cost in your next order. Email us images of “defects/damages” before returning the item(s).  You can send the return to our logistic centers the closest to you: USA: Texas, Australia: Brisbane, Germany: Hamburg.   Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.  We inspect all returned items and issue refund only after confirming it.

► NB.  Insignificant manufacturing imperfections are not considered to be defects, as many of the processes are done by hand.

DAMAGE

► In case the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, please do verify that the ordered items quality and quantity corresponds with the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. In that case we can pursue the matter with the courier company for refund.  Once the courier agency has approved and paid the claim to us, we will forward the applicable amount to you. However please note that 99% of shipments will be problem free.

STOCK

► Generally all items listed on the website are in stock items. If there however should be any instance that we run out of the merchandise you ordered, due to delay in site updates or others (e.g. you order more what is in stock), we will notify you promptly. You can either replace with other similar items or we can issue you full refund for the out of stock item(s).
